LEBANON - The kitten found in Philadelphia and brought to Crown Veterinary Hospital in Lebanon with severe burns over one-third of his body has gone home to complete his recovery with a foster family.

Kelly Vanasse says Justin is doing well but still has a long road ahead of him. He is full of stitches that need to be removed and receives physical therapy for a severely burned leg.

Treatment at the animal hospital was paid for after donations poured in.

A $5,000 reward is being offered for anyone with information leading to an arrest in the case. Anyone with information can contact cruelty investigator George Bengal at (215) 779-2845.

The SPCA tip line to report animal abuse is 1-800-582-5979.
