TRENTON - Building management officials for Trenton's Luther Towers apartment complex say the city has approved a plan to install temporary power lines.

The power was knocked out last week after water from a leaky pipe shorted out an electrical panel. Residents of the building were forced to evacuate the building amid a long heat wave.

Building managers say they hope the temporary lines will be in place by tomorrow night or Thursday morning.
