BRADLEY BEACH - A Bradley Beach resident says he was hit, then dragged on Ocean Park Avenue on the Fourth of July.

Tom Bowker says he was on his bicycle when he was hit by a black Mercedes. He says he rolled onto the hood and up the windshield. Bowker's girlfriend and an eyewitness say that the driver kept going.

Bowker has described the driver as a white male with short hair in his late 20s.

Bowker suffered injuries to his feet and legs during the incident.

Anyone with information is asked to call Bradley Beach police at 732-775-6900.
