ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS - In preparation for Hurricane Earl, boat owners in Atlantic Highlands are removing their boats from the marina.

Boat owners say that they're just taking precautions since they were nailed by the nor'easter in March and the marina had $500,000 worth of damage.

If you are planning on being at the shore on Friday and Saturday, the Office of Emergency Management suggests bringing the same items one would have on hand to face a storm at home. The items include a flashlight, radio, extra food and cash.
