EDISON - The biggest winter storm of the season is headed straight for the Garden State by week's end.
News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says a winter storm watch is in effect for north and northwest parts of the state from Friday into Saturday. Curren says snow accumulations could be as much as 4 inches or more after the sun sets on Friday.
For the rest of the state, a mix of snow and rain will make for slippery conditions.
Curren says to expect clear to partly skies tonight, with temps in the teens and lower 20s.
