OAKLAND - Although snow has stopped falling for now in the Garden State, residual issues remain on state roads and highways.

Temperatures are expected to continue to fall overnight and many areas will reach into the single digits, which means there could be more ice to contend with.

Crews in Bergen County restocked the salt in their spreaders to recoat the roads for Tuesday night.

In Bergen, each storm costs the county about $150,000 in de-icing materials and manpower.
