LONG BRANCH - Beachgoers in Long Branch were soaking up their last moments in the sand before Hurricane Earl arrives.

The entire New Jersey coastline is now under a tropical storm warning. That means communities that line the coast could experience flooding and beach erosion.

Monmouth County Emergency Management says the county has 93 marinas, and officials expect that by Thursday, most, if not all of those boats will be taken out of the water.
