Bayonne mayor has plan to remove all piles of snow in the city

BAYONNE - With all the large piles of snow blocking traffic in Bayonne, the mayor says he has a plan to get all the snow off the streets by Monday.

The last two storms dropped 12 inches and 15 inches of snow respectively on the city, creating virtual chaos.  The mayor decided to clean the town from top to bottom; two crews, one on the north side and one on the south sides of town.

Using heavy machinery, crews will move all the piles of snow to the 16th Street Park along the Newark Bay, to melt away.
