Bamboozle preparations under way in Asbury Park

ASBURY PARK - Preparations are under way for a massive music festival this weekend in Asbury Park.

The Bamboozle Music Festival began in Asbury Park in 2003 and is making its first appearance back since 2005. Local business owners, who expect a boost to the local economy, hope that it stays for years to come.

Hotels and inns in the surrounding area and communities are reportedly completely booked.

The festival, featuring the Foo Fighters, Bon Jovi and many other acts, will make it challenging to navigate through Asbury Park. All streets east of Grand Avenue will be closed for the weekend. Only city residents, business owners and employees will have access.
