MORRISTOWN - A judge today raised the bail for a man who was arrested last week in connection with his wife?s murder in Boonton.

Kashif Parvaiz's bail was originally set at $1 million, but it was raised today to $3 million.

Police say Parvaiz plotted to kill his wife with an accomplice, Stephen Antoinette. The two suspects allegedly used text messages to coordinate the murder.

His wife was shot and killed late last Tuesday night while walking with Parvaiz and their 3-year-old son.

Antoinette's bail remains at $5 million.
