PARAMUS - A judge has tacked on an additional bond amount for the man who allegedly struck and killed a former Paramus High School valedictorian with his vehicle on Saturday.

Originally held on $3,000 bond in Somerset County, Philip Cise will have to post $75,000 to get out of jail.

Police say Cise ran over 20-year-old Gabrielle Reuveni while she was jogging near her family's vacation home in the Poconos.

The bail increase came in light of another recent incident involving Cise where he allegedly threatened workers at a McDonalds with an ax.
