Bail cut to $2M for Jhymiere Moore, suspect in fatal shooting of Genesis Rincon

A suspect in the deadly shooting of a 12-year-old girl who was hit while riding a scooter in Paterson has had his bail lowered to $2 million cash. But a lawyer for Jhymiere Moore says his client can't post that amount. Moore's bail was set at $3 million after he was arrested on murder and weapons offenses. But The Record reports a judge agreed to reduce it during a hearing held Monday....
