ATVs a hot button issue with Trenton City Council

It's becoming commonplace to see dirt bikes and All Terrain Vehicles, or ATVs, zooming through the streets of Trenton, and residents are taking their concerns

TRENTON - It's becoming commonplace to see dirt bikes and All Terrain Vehicles, or ATVs, zooming through the streets of Trenton, and residents are taking their concerns to the city council.

Trenton residents are complaining that the so-called "ATV Bandits" speed through the city at high rates of speed, and that police and the administration are doing nothing to stop them.

Some council members suspect that riders are involved in crimes around the city and want action through curfews and zero tolerance.

Many residents hope the impending cooler weather will keep the ATV riders off the streets.
