Arrest made in off-duty Mercer Co. sheriff's officer stabbing

TRENTON - Authorities have made an arrest in connection to the stabbing of an off-duty Mercer County Sheriff's officer.

Officials say Mark Bell was arrested in Trenton early yesterday morning and charged with attempted murder and resisting arrest.

Bell is accused of stabbing Officer William "Butch" Osterman during a struggle Monday night outside the Kingsbury Towers apartment complex.
