TOMS RIVER - The father of the 4-year-old boy who shot and killed his 6-year-old neighbor has been indicted on child endangerment charges.
Brandon Holt was killed after his 4-year-old neighbor and friend accidentally shot him with his father's gun as the two were playing back in April.
The 4-year-old's father, Anthony Senatore, was arrested in May and now an Ocean County grand jury has returned an indictment against him.

Senatore faces six charges of child endangerment. The indictment alleges that in addition to the loaded .22 caliber rifle used in the shooting, four other shotguns, as well as ammunition were unsecured and accessible to Senatore's three children.
Although the shooting happened in Ocean County, Atlantic County is handling the case because Senatore has relatives who work in Ocean County law enforcement.
