HAMILTON - Prosecutors say they have increased the charges against alleged drunken driver Manuel Vasquez in a deadly crash on Father's Day.

Prosecutors say the charges are added after the 4-year-old daughter of the man killed in the crash also died from her injuries.

Police say the crash occurred last Sunday night, when Vasquez, who is in the country illegally and did not have a license, was allegedly drunk and going the wrong way when he crashed into Jorge Deleon's car.

Deleon died on the scene and his 7-year-old son was also injured in the collision.

Vasquez is due in court tomorrow for a bail hearing.
