Alicia Keys, producer-husband Swizz Beatz, to call NJ home

EDISON - Grammy Award-winner Alicia Keys and her producer husband Swizz Beatz are set to become residents of the Garden State.

According to reports, the superstar couple plans to purchase Eddie Murphy's 25,000-square-foot Englewood mansion.

The property has been on the market since 2004, when Murphy listed it for a cool $30 million.

The price was slashed by more than half after the financial crisis.

Keys and Beatz are also reportedly trying to sell their SoHo triplex penthouse for $17.95 million.
