FORT LEE - An accident involving two tractor-trailers and an SUV stalled traffic along the local lanes of I-95 near Routes 1 and 9 this morning.
The multi-vehicle crash happened at around 5:30 a.m. just south of exit 72. The local lanes were shut down while crews worked to clean up a minor fuel spill and remove the vehicles from the roadway, state police officials said. The lanes were reopened just before 7:30 a.m.
Drivers can expect some residual delays heading toward the George Washington Bridge.
