About 14 protesters arrested in area around NYSE

(AP) - Police say they've made about 14 arrests after afew hundred protesters left Zuccotti Park and marched to the areaaround the New York Stock

NEW YORK - (AP) - Police say they've made about 14 arrests after afew hundred protesters left Zuccotti Park and marched to the areaaround the New York Stock Exchange.

Most of the arrests were in the area of Broadway and ExchangePlace.

Police say that includes protesters who sat or stood in thestreet, obstructing traffic.

They say others turned over trash baskets, knocked over a policescooter and hurled bottles.

Charges were pending.

There are barricades and mounted police around the exchange.Protesters milled around aimlessly in the surrounding blocks.
