JERSEY CITY - Five firefighters were injured while fighting a three-alarm fire in Jersey City this afternoon.

Fire officials say the firefighters sustained minor injuries and have been released from the hospital.

The fire broke out at around 1:30 p.m. at 83 Bleecker St. between Pierce Avenue and Kennedy Boulevard.

Investigators are still working to determine the cause of the fire.

Officials say 10 people were displaced from their homes as a result of the fire.
