5-alarm fire in Westfield under investigation

WESTFIELD - A five-alarm fire in Westfield is under investigation this morning.

The blaze broke out yesterday at around 3 p.m. destroying several businesses and one apartment.

More than a 120 firefighters were called to the scene at South Avenue West.

Fire officials say water pressure problems made it harder to put out the flames.

There are no reported injuries in the fire at this time.
