IRVINGTON - An overnight four-alarm fire has left at least eight people without a home in Irvington.

The fire broke out at around 1:30 a.m. at the Headquarters Bar and Grill on Florence Avenue and flames spread to nearby structures.

Firefighters faced bitter cold temperatures and stiff winds as they battled the flames.

Fire officials tell News 12 New Jersey three firefighters sustained minor injuries related to the weather.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
