PARAMUS - Police and shoppers are on high alert after Paramus' third bank robbery in four months took place yesterday. Paramus Police Capt. Kevin Smith says cops got a good look at the man who robbed the National Valley Bank thanks to surveillance cameras and the fact that he didn't wear a hat, mask or disguise.

Police say the suspect walked into the busy bank and threatened several employees, saying he'd shoot them if they didn't turn over all of their $20 and $50 bills.

The suspect is described as a white male between 5 feet 7 inches tall and 5 feet 10 inches tall, and in his late 30s with dark brown hair.
