3 wanted on murder charges in Taj Mahal fatal carjack

ATLANTIC CITY - Authorities issued arrest warrants yesterday charging three Camden men with murder in connection to a fatal carjacking at the Trump Taj Mahal casino resort in Atlantic City last weekend.

Atlantic County Prosecutor Ted Housel says Phillip Byrd, Eric Darden and Raheem Simmons are being sought for the shooting death of Sunil Rattu.

The Old Bridge man was carjacked from the casino garage early Sunday. A woman with him also was shot, but is recovering in a hospital.

Housel also says the trio stalked potential victims at Bally's and ACH, a casino formerly known as the Atlantic City Hilton, before attacking the couple at the Taj Mahal.

Prosecutor: 1 killed, 1 wounded in AC carjacking
