ELIZABETH - News 12 New Jersey has learned that two more people died this month from injuries suffered in a house explosion in Elizabeth last year.

Tavasha Henderson, 36, and her younger brother Tyquan Henderson, 11, died at St. Barnabas Medical Center this month.

Tavasha Henderson died on Jan. 5. A funeral for her was held Wednesday at the Smith Funeral Home in Elizabeth.

Tyquan Henderson died Tuesday. Funeral services for him have not been announced.

The Hendersons also had another sister who died in the explosion. Kimiyha Henderson succumbed to her injuries on Dec. 3.

A fourth victim, Femi Brown, 24, was killed in the explosion.

The explosion happened Nov. 11 at the home on Magnolia Avenue. According to the Elizabeth mayor, an illegal apartment on the ground floor of the house was illegally getting gas and electric service and may have contributed to the explosion.
