PATERSON - Firefighters in Paterson had a busy night, tackling two fires overnight.

The latest fire broke out at around 4:15 a.m. on Michigan Avenue near Main Street. Fire officials say 20 people have been displaced as a result of the blaze.

The fire appears to have started in the upper floors of one home and quickly spread to another. No injuries have been reported.

Earlier firefighters battled a three-alarm fire on the 500 block of East 36th Street.
