2 teens get probation in Lennon Baldwin case

MORRISTOWN - Two teens have received probation in the case involving a 15-year-old Morristown boy who killed himself, according to MorristownGreen.com.

The juveniles, who appeared in court today, pleaded guilty to various charges, including conspiracy to commit theft and assault against Lennon Baldwin.

Authorities say Baldwin was assaulted at Morristown High School on March 6 by one of the juveniles, who was later suspended. The three defendants confronted Baldwin inside the parking deck at Century 21 and then robbed him days later in retaliation for the suspension, they say. Baldwin committed suicide on March 28.

A third adult accomplice, 19-year-old Michael Conway, is expected in court next week.
