LAKEWOOD - Lakewood police have arrested two young teenagers accused of spray-painting swastikas and other anti-Semitic graffiti on the Second Street playground.

Officials say police were called to a building on Second Street on Sept. 12 for reports of trespassing at the building. When officers arrived, they found six teenagers allegedly breaking several windows with a sledge hammer.

Police say that during the investigation they determined that two of the boys, who are 13 and 14 years old, were responsible for the bias graffiti at the playground on Aug. 25.

Those two teens will now face bias intimidation and criminal mischief charges.
