2 buildings demolished after Jersey City fire

JERSEY CITY - Two buildings in Jersey City that were badly damaged in a fire this week have been demolished.

The buildings were located on Grove Street about a block from the Jersey City PATH station.

About 22 people were left without a home, and several businesses were destroyed as a result of yesterday‚Äôs fire. About 90 city firefighters battled the blaze, and three of them suffered minor injuries.
