UNION COUNTY - Police have arrested two men they say installed an ATM skimmer in Union County.
The men were charged with installing a skimming device at a 7-Eleven on Route 22.
Officers say they saw Raul Rusescu, 35, and Francesco Lippi, 33, take the skimmer off the ATM and leave the store.

Police say both men are Romanian nationals.
The arrests follow a series of recent ATM skimming device discoveries across Union County, including three in Linden.
Police believe they belong to a larger organized crime group that could have put ATM skimmers at stores in Clark, Roselle Park and Springfield.
