The 14-year-old son of the Jersey City couple who was killed last month when a tornado struck a campsite in Virginia has died.

The boy had been in a coma since the deadly tornado ripped through the campsite, killing his parents, 38-year-old Lord Balatbat and Lolibeth Ortega.

News 12 New Jersey is told the couple's two daughters survived injuries they sustained during the storm.
