13 injured in natural gas explosion at Williams Gas Pipeline facility in Branchburg

At least 13 people were injured in an explosion at a natural gas plant in Branchburg Thursday.

Emergency crews were called to the Williams Gas Pipeline facility at approximately 7:30 p.m. The company is a supplier of natural gas.

Several of the injured were treated on scene, but at least two were taken to a hospital with more serious injuries.
