NEW YORK - Eleven people have been indicted in the biker clash with an SUV driver stemming from a violent incident in the city’s Westside Highway in September.

The footage of the incident went viral on the Internet and a Passaic man was among the first to be arrested.

Among the new indictments is NYPD Detective Wojcheich Braszczok, who was charged with gang assault, criminal mischief and rioting.

Police say he is shown on video allegedly using his fist to smash the rear window of the SUV. The detective was off-duty at the time of the incident.
