WARREN - A 10-year-old boy decided to take his concerns to City Hall in Warren. Ian Zohn got up in front of the Warren town council and asked them to consider installing sidewalks. He said he loves to skateboard and go for bike rides, but feels that there are not enough sidewalks in his neighborhood.

Zohn says that the council gave him better feedback than he expected, but they did not give him a complete "yes."

His mom, Patricia Zohn, says that she knows that sidewalks are a hard sell in Warren, a town that is working on keeping itself semi-rural.

None of the residential areas of Warren have sidewalks, only the town center.
