CLAYTON - One of the two brothers charged with the murder of 12-year-old Autumn Pasquale has been released from a youth correctional facility.

Dante Robinson was released yesterday after pleading guilty to a lesser charge and serving six months.

Last month, his brother Justin Robinson pleaded guilty to aggravated manslaughter and received a 17-year prison sentence.

Pasquale disappeared last fall while riding her bike. She was found two days later inside a recycling bin near the Robinson's home.
