WESTFIELD - One man is in the hospital and several other people are homeless today after a 3-alarm fire broke out in a Westfield apartment building last night.

Fire officials say four units were severely damaged by the blaze at 824 Mountain Avenue.

Fire officials say they're investigating the cause of the fire. They haven?t said where in the building it began.
