EAST ORANGE - Police are investigating a shooting at an East Orange apartment that killed a 19-year-old woman and wounded four others.

Investigators say the man had been kicked out of a private party at 564 South Clinton St., which was being hosted by Seton Hall University students. Just past midnight on Saturday, the man returned to the party, and opened fire, police say.
The shooter hit five people, three of whom are students at Seton Hall University. One of the victims, Jessica Moore, 19, was shot in the head and died Saturday evening from her injuries, the prosecutor's office says.
Residents of the neighborhood are in shock and say the area is usually very quiet.
Police have formed a taskforce to apprehend the shooter. They say a $10,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to his arrest.
