<p>A Newark man has been arrested for illegal possession of a gun and a cache of drugs.</p>

A Newark man has been arrested for illegal possession of a gun and a cache of drugs.
Police responded to the lobby of a building on Prince Street for drug activity.
They found 29-year-old Terrance Powell with a loaded handgun, which police say was stolen out of North Carolina.
He also is accused of having 37 vials of cocaine, 75 envelopes of heroin, and a plastic tube of marijuana.
