A udge ruled against appointing a special prosecutor in the Christie Bridge-Gate complaint.

A New Jersey judge has ruled for the third time that a special prosecutor won't be appointed to oversee a criminal complaint against Republican Gov. Chris Christie over the Bridge-Gate lane-closing scandal.
