Luxury apartments can be pricey, but what if the building offers everything you need? 

News 12 reporter Joanna Hernandez went to Mott Haven to get an inside look of The Crescendo, a complex offering all the amenities you could dream of. 

A one-bedroom apartment starts off at $2,900. Naomi Eisenberg, head of leasing, says the big seller here is the amenities.

"Every floor has a washer and dryer. Every floor has a game room and the complex also has a pool," Eisenberg says. 

The complex also has a spa room that every tenant is welcome to use. Eisenberg tells News 12 that many celebrities from New York are renting the apartments. 

"A one-bedroom on the Upper East Side goes for $3,800 to $4,500. This is less than $2,800." Eisenberg says.
