Former Gov. Jim McGreevey and his estranged wife will be back in court Thursday as their battle over child support and custody of their daughter continues.Dina Matos McGreevey says she wants to see the assets of the former governor's boyfriend, Mark O'Donnell. She claims she has a right to see the assets since the couple's finances are intertwined.O'Donnell contends that he and McGreevey have separate bank accounts. He also says he is no way responsible for the 6-year-old girl.The judge will hear both sides' arguments Thursday and sources say it is possible a decision could be made as well.
