A Monmouth County woman says three men posing as flower delivery men attempted to rob her home Saturday.

Barbara, who asked to give just her first name, says someone rang the doorbell to her Manalapan home and when she looked out her window, she saw a man holding flowers. She thought the flowers were a get well gift, since she is recovering from a recent surgery.

According to Barbara, when she answered the door, three men pushed through the doorway and into her home. Barbara says they were wearing dark suits and white cream on their faces.

Police say they are determining if the intruders stole anything from Barbara?s home. According to authorities, Barbara didn?t disable her security alarm, which went off just moments after the men invaded her home. Police say the men fled the scene in a dark colored car at the sound of the alarm.
