Man accused of threatening teen at knifepoint
Police in Union County have arrested a man wanted for allegedly threatening a teenager at knifepoint. 
Elizabeth and Union County police took Jair Ramirez into custody Friday night. He's charged in connection with threatening a 15-year-old with a knife back on Sept. 15. 
Investigators also want to question him as a person of interest in connection with an incident that happened on Friday. 
Police say a man exposed himself to a 10-year-old girl and then tried to lure her into an alleyway, but a neighbor intervened and the suspect fled.
