(01/06/06) DOVER ? A magazine salesman convicted of killing a 77-year-old woman was sentenced to 55 years in jail by an Ocean County judge Friday.

Door-to-door salesman Azriel Bridge killed Shirley Reuter in her Dover home when he was 17 years old. Despite the prison sentence, Reuter?s family members are outraged over the punishment. They feel the judge should have handed down a life sentence to the convicted murderer.

Bridge will be eligible for parole after 46 years, when he is 65 years old. Shirley Reuter?s family members say that will give the murderer plenty of time to kill again.
