Kai the Hatchet-Wielding Hitchhiker's murder trial enters jury deliberations
A man who went viral for an interview with a reporter could spend years behind bars for the death of a Clark man.

The jury will deliberate for a second day Wednesday in the murder trial of Kai the Hatchet-Wielding Hitchhiker, whose real name is Caleb McGillvary.

McGillvary went viral in 2013 after he was interviewed by a reporter in California. In the interview, he claimed he had saved a woman from a man he had hitched a ride from who allegedly tried to kill pedestrians.

He was charged with murder back in 2013 for the death of 73-year old Clark attorney Joseph Galfy.
McGillvary met Galfy in Times Square just days before Galfy's death. Galfy offered McGillvary a place to sleep.
After spending a second night at his home, McGillvary claims he woke up with Galfy's half naked body on top of him and says Galfy drugged and sexually assaulted him.
He says Galfy's death was in self-defense.
McGillvary took the stand at his own trial.
The jury will be back in court Wednesday to continue deliberations.
