Businesses and neighbors in Beacon are pumped over news that Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi is opening a second location for her boutique.

4ds agoBusinesses and neighbors in Beacon are pumped over news that Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi is opening a second location for her boutique.
"We are definitely all excited because I'm sure she's going to bring a lot of new people into Beacon just to see what's going on with her store and all the new people that are going to visit," says Dominique Stueben, manager of the Leaf NY.
The "Jersey Shore" star announced the opening of The Snooki Shop on Instagram last week.
The Beacon Chamber of Commerce is welcoming Snooki and her customers with open arms.
"This part of Main Street towards the end around the bend really needs some love and with Snooki Shop coming in people are going to walk down Main Street, stop at all these boutique shops along the way and that's going to help businesses in Beacon," says Thomas Geoghegan, vice president of the Beacon Chamber of Commerce.
There's no official word yet on when the store will open, but Gate House Realty tells News 12 the store will be located at 508 Main St.
