Police say an accident at the intersection of Grove and Grand streets in Jersey City has claimed two lives.
News 12 New Jersey is on the scene and has learned that a taxi was stopped at a traffic light when it was hit by a Ford Explorer.
The driver of the Explorer is now in police custody, officials say.
