A New Jersey family left the state as two and will return as six, after welcoming quadruplets.
First-time parents Jennifer and Nicholas Stepenosky traveled to Arizona to have their quadruplets due to some health challenges with the pregnancy.
The coupe welcomed three girls and a baby boy -- Caitlin, Addison, Elimia and Elliot.
Jennifer says having the quadruplets was 10 years in the making.
"It's exciting, but it's also nerve wracking to eventually have 4 kiddos, but I think once we get home, a lot of our family is there,” says Jennifer. “The transition will be difficult, but we'll get through it. We got through this far, so we'll get through it."
The babies will be admitted to a children's hospital in Delaware to finish their stay in the NICU.
