5h agoOfficials with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) are searching for a man who escaped a jail in Newark.
ICE says that Luis Cordon-Guzman escaped from the Essex County Correctional Facility on Friday.
They say since March Cordon-Guzman has been detained on felony charges out of Trenton.
Cordon-Guzman is originally from Guatemala and ICE says he entered the country illegally.
Anyone who sees him or knows where his whereabouts is being asked to call police.
