Hudson Regional Hospital in Secaucus is currently running under generator power after an outage at the facility.

Officials with the hospital say that PSE&G is on the scene attempting to restore full power.

The hospital is remaining open at this time, and no patients had to be evacuated.

Hospital and law enforcement officials say they are keeping a close eye on the situation.

A spokesperson for PSE&G says that crews are working to repair underground electrical equipment that supplies power to the hospital.

The spokesperson says the cause of the outage was not immediately known.
